The Ezhou Power Plant, located in Gedian District, Huarong, Ezhou, Hubei Province, China, is a significant coal-fired power facility with a total installed capacity of approximately 5,960 megawatts (MW).
The plant’s development occurred in multiple phases:

  • Phase I: Commissioned in April 1999, this phase included two units, each with a capacity of 300 MW, totaling 600 MW

Project Role

Site Manager for Foster Wheeler scope during construction and commissioning phase. FW scope included Boiler Island including DCS, Coal and Ash handling systems, Stacker Reclaimer and Rotary Car Dumper. Foster Wheeler was lead consortium partner for the overall project.
