Reserve Dedicated PowerSmartland Energy develops decentralized power infrastructure: dedicated generation on the customer's side of the meter, sited at the load it serves, for AI factories and GPU campuses, cloud and hyperscale data centers, robotics factories, heavy industry and advanced manufacturing, the defense industry, and other mission-critical operations. Our projects target power online in approximately 24 months from Notice to Proceed, independent of centralized grid buildout. Depending on customer requirements, generation can be configured using modular reciprocating engines or high-efficiency combined-cycle technology, with future CHP integration available where beneficial.
Backed by Smartland, an established private equity platform, and an experienced leadership team, we integrate the components most developers split: capital, generation technology, gas supply, permitting, land acquisition, and regulatory strategy. Our team has decades of experience building and commissioning more than 10 GW of gas and renewable capacity globally.
