Capacity is delivered as decentralized Private Grid generation built at your load, sized to your actual load shape. Per-site capacity ranges from 100 to 300 MW for traditional air-cooled deployments and up to 400 MW per site for liquid-cooled high-density data centers. CHP available where beneficial. Segmented MV distribution, UPS-backed controls, and black-start capability. Contract-backed SLA at the POD.

Smartland Energy offers three delivery timelines: first power as early as Q1 2028 (fastest), Q1 2030 (balanced) or late 2031 (lowest cost). The earlier the date, the higher the price.

This form goes directly to our development team, not a marketing queue. If your inputs match an active site (current evaluations include Ohio, Virginia, and Minnesota), we will respond with a fit assessment, a draft schedule alignment, and the specific diligence items we need from you to move toward a term sheet.

What Happens After You Submit

1. Within 1 business day: Our development team reviews your inputs against our active pipeline and confirms whether Smartland is a fit for your MW, schedule, and constraint. If grid power on your timeline is the better answer, we will say so.
2. Within 5 business days: If fit is confirmed, we schedule a 30-minute scoping call to align on POD boundary expectations, architecture, and the next set of information we need.
3. Within 60 to 90 days of scoping: If both parties want to proceed, and once we have your load profile and a site test fit, we issue a non-binding term sheet and capacity reservation framework for your chosen delivery timeline.
