How to Secure 100-400 MW by 2028

The path from first call to energized load - and what has to happen at each step.

Work Backward From Your Go-Live Date

A 2028 go-live leaves no room for a multi-year interconnection queue. Dedicated behind-the-meter capacity is on a project-controlled clock: approximately 24 months from Notice to Proceed, with initial capacity targeted to come online in Q3 2028.

That timeline only works if the commercial steps happen early. Here is the whole path, in order, with nothing hidden.

Initial capacity target - finite and reserved in order

The Path, Step by Step

1

A 15-Minute Scoping Call

Your load profile, density roadmap, redundancy requirements, and target dates. We tell you plainly whether we can serve it - and when.

2

Capacity Availability Request

A formal response on available MW by timeline, at a defined Point of Delivery. Request availability →

3

Reservation and Contracting

Capacity reserved under contract terms written for procurement, lender, and investor diligence: defined outage classifications, metering, and remedies.

4

Notice to Proceed

The clock starts. From NTP, schedule is driven by permitting, equipment lead times, and site-specific scope.

5

~24-Month Build

Modular 10 MW RICE generation installed and commissioned in blocks; segmented MV distribution; A/B delivery at the POD; UPS-backed controls and black-start capability.

6

Energization Under SLA

Load comes online under a contract-backed SLA - not marketing uptime. Capacity scales with your phases.

What We Need From You

The scoping conversation moves fastest when you bring three things: an anticipated load range (even rough), a density roadmap (air-cooled today, liquid-cooled later is a common answer), and the date your load must be live. Site preferences help but are not required - we evaluate sites against your requirements, not the other way around.

Why Order Matters

Initial capacity is finite and reserved in sequence. A reservation made this year holds a 2028 position; the same conversation a year from now is a conversation about the next phase. That is not a sales device - it is how project-financed generation works.
